Summer Intensive Program

The Academy of Dance offers a rigorous summer intensive program for beginning through advanced dancers. Our schedule and courses of study are similar to the offerings of stay-away summer intensives but are available at a fraction of the cost.

Our summer intensives feature classes in classical ballet technique, body conditioning, pointe/pre-pointe work, jazz, character, modern, contemporary, repertoire, and more. Additionally, each day students will have a short lecture class on topics related to dance, including dance history, ballet vocabulary, stage makeup theory, careers in dance, nutrition, and more. Space is limited so sign up early! You can sign up for one week or multiple.
